A handful of people, one village, a few goats

Apwoyo e. V. is a registered non-profit association based in Serrig, Germany. We work entirely on a voluntary basis and support people in Uganda — in education, health, water supply and self-sufficiency.

It all started in 2015 with the purchase of a few goats for widows in the village of Lwala. Today we work in a dozen communities and have completed more than 70 projects. What has not changed: we work with the people on the ground, not over their heads — and every euro donated goes into the projects.
