It all began in a small village called Lwala

Great things start small, and so our aid projects in Uganda have grown over the years.

What began eight years ago with the purchase of a few goats in Lwala has become an aid organisation that extends far beyond Lwala’s borders.

Our volunteer projects, carried out together with the local population, have become much more than donating a few goats to widows in need.

In addition to Lwala, where it all started, we support communities such as Apapai, Akodolongo, Orusia, Ngora and Hoima. More will certainly follow in the coming years.

For years we have been building and restoring schools and rainwater harvesting systems. We support orphans and partly finance their education.

We provide the local population with free medicine, give active support in nursing care, and carry out necessary repairs at the local hospital.

We build football pitches and equip local communities with jerseys and balls.

The project with the widows and the goats will remain a cornerstone of our help towards self-help — because it all began with a few goats in a place called Lwala.
