Project description
Dear friends and supporters,
access to clean water is one of the most important foundations for health, hygiene and quality of life.
With the Kigorobya well project, Apwoyo e. V. supports measures to improve the local water supply.
The pictures document the various phases of the work – from drilling through the technical installation to the community’s use of the water point.
Project status
The work on the well was carried out together with local partners and specialists.
The photo record shows the individual stages of the project, the machinery used and the work on site.
The water point is intended to improve the supply situation in the long term.
Video documentation
The following videos document individual construction and work phases of the Kigorobya well project.
Project background
In many regions of Uganda, access to clean water cannot be taken for granted.
Long journeys to water points and a limited supply make daily life hard for many families.
Improving the water supply helps to strengthen people’s living conditions for the long term.
Implementation
The work involved technical drilling and preparatory measures on site.
The pictures show the individual construction phases and the involvement of local helpers and skilled workers.
The documentation makes the project’s progress transparent and traceable.
